X-Core.

X-Core is designed to help good leaders become great leaders by helping individuals become fully aware of what it is like to be on the other side of themselves and adjust.

Each person will be in a core group with other professionals all desiring to grow to the next level. X-Core utilizes GiANT’s self-awareness process of understanding your personality to the highest degree, while implementing tools to help strengthen your EQ and become more effective in areas such as communication, time management, influence and execution.

There are 6 half day (4-hour) forums in the X-Core experience along with a monthly 1 hour core group call. Robin Merrill will be your sherpa (GiANT Senior Consultant) leading your forums and core group.

X-Celerate.

X-Celerate is specifically designed transform the way that teams operate. The strategies and tools we will be covering will be particularly powerful for organizations who can quickly implement and apply the learning.

The X-Celerate program is a 12-month process and that utilizes a mix of forums, team exercises, and performance coaching. Each of these vehicles are designed to help you and your team learn new concepts, tools and strategies, and then begin implementing them into your organization to generate growth.

Workshops.

These workshops take timeless principles of Servant Leadership and presents them in a format that encourages positive change in your organization and workplace. Geared to improve each participant’s leadership effectiveness by helping them learn how to use influence instead of title, status, or power, to inspire others, cultivate trust, lead teams, and build a healthy culture where people flourish and grow.
