Recently, Hammond joined Impact 2:52 and D-BAT Atlanta, a group of very talented and proven business leaders, to expand his influence both in business and with athletes.  Hammond is excited about the opportunity to focus on developing a unparalleled culture based upon christian principles and built upon 3 pillars- Unbelievable Attitude, Great Effort, and Pursuit of Excellence.  When asked how he will measure his success, he answers “by the number of customers who we can turn into employees to recycle our dream.  We want an unbreakable chain of people growing and loving people”.
